By placing an order with Shiloh Noa & Co., you agree to the following:

Order Accuracy You are responsible for ensuring all custom order details, including names, spellings, sizes, and color choices, are correct at the time of purchase. Shiloh Noa & Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Handmade Nature of Products All items are handmade and may have slight variations from photos. These small differences are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Safety & Product Care All applicable products are CPSC certified. Please follow all care and safety instructions included with your order. Our products are designed and tested with your littles in mind, but as with all baby and children's items, adult supervision is always recommended during use.

Privacy We collect only the information necessary to process and ship your order. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
