Shipping policy
Processing Times Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
- Ready-to-gift items: 5-7 business days
- Custom & personalized orders: 10-14 business days
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carrier All orders ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Delivery Timeframes Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Shiloh Noa & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS once a package has been handed off.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will review the situation on a case by case basis.
