Ready-to-Gift Items Because our products are handmade in small batches, we handle return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you. Items must be unused and in original condition to be considered for return or exchange.

Custom & Personalized Orders All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Because these items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all names, spellings, and details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will review each situation individually and work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
